Arsene Wenger ready for Manchester United clash

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has admitted that his side was below their best against rivals Manchester United in February . The long-serving manager mentioned on the club’s website that he wants his side to turn things around this weekend.This is after Arsenal suffered a 3-2 defeat at Old Trafford, the coach now hopes to make things right this weekend.

This is the only match the Gunners have lost away in 2016 and the coach admits that this was one of the few games where his side couldn’t perform .The French veteran manager has assured that he wants a strong performance to form his players on Saturday .Manchester United will go into this match without their target man Zlatan Ibrahimovic but the Gunners coach says they will not underestimate their opponents.

Arsene Wenger made some comments about Manchester United promising player Marcus Rashford. The coach sees Rashford as one of the biggest threats in this upcoming clash and says that the young English international is “dangerous” and took everyone by surprise because he was not well known at that time. Wenger is well aware that this clash is crucial , he says a win at Old Trafford would “strengthen their belief” and lift them up to the top of the table.

Arsenal has not lost a match in 16 games , the manager wants his side to continue winning games at home and away.The Gunners are competing in both the English Premier League and Uefa Champions League. Arsene Wenger says it is important for his players to continue being focus and ambitious , adding that this will boost the club’s confidence.
Arsenal has played eleven premier league games , won eight , drawn one and lost two. They are one point behind Chelsea but have the same points with Manchester City. A win at Old Trafford will likely take them to the top of the table.
